Will I need to set up an account to place an order?

You will need to register an account in order to place an order with us. When select the shopping bag option at the top of the site you will be able to view the items in you wish to purchase. When you click on the 'Proceed to Purchase' option, you will then be prompted to register for an account or sign in if you already have an account with us.

How do I make a purchase?

Select the item you would like to purchase by selecting the colour and quantity. You will then be given the option to add to the item to your shopping bag if this product is available. If your item is not available you will not be able to add the item to your shopping bag .You will need to follow the payment process. Once you have paid for your item (s) an email will be sent to the email address you register with us confirming your order.

I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, click on the proceed to purchase button when you have selected items in your basket. You will then be taken to the sign in page. Select the forgotten password option and enter you email address and we will send a message with your password to your email address.

Which size should I choose?

How do I know if an item is in stock?

When you select the quantity and the colour of the item you are looking at you will get a message displayed saying how many items in your selected colour and size we have in stock. You may want to select another size or colour to see what stock we have available.

Which courier will be delivering my package?

If you live in the UK, where possible, your parcel will be delivered by Yodel, our assigned courier. This includes England, Wales, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and highlands. International deliveries to Isle of Wight Republic of Ireland, Denmark, Finland, Germany and Sweden will be sent by DHL.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, VISA Electron, Delta, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Solo and American Express.

Which countries do you ship to?

We offer a delivery service to the following countries; England, Wales, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and highlands, Republic of Ireland, Denmark, Finland, Germany and Sweden.

How do I change currency?

The prices displayed on this website are quoted in GB Pounds, Euros, Swedish Krona and Danish Krone. You will need to select your country at the top of our website to view our products in the currency for your country.

How much taxes and duties will I have to pay?

Duties and taxes are included in our shipping costs and the prices of all our garments.

Will I be able to ship to different addresses to my billing address?

When you get to the shipping and payment section of the payment process you will be able to review your order and add a shopping address.

Will I need to sign for my order?

You will need to sign for your parcel when it arrives. If you are not in when your parcel is delivered, you may be required to re-arrange a delivery date with the assigned courier.

What happens if my order qualifies for two or more offers?

Our automated shopping basket will automatically calculate the discount offer that is most beneficial to you.

Will I still qualify for a promotional offer if I return my goods?

If for any reason you return one of the items supplied under any promotional offer, where you do not wish to receive an exchange for the returned garment, we reserve the right to withdraw the promotion and charge you the full price for the item(s) retained.

Are the colours shown on the website accurate?

We make every effort to ensure that photographs and descriptions are accurate, but please note that some details such as colour may vary. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that reproduction of colours is as accurate as the photographic and printing process will allow, however slight variations may occur. Garment specifications are correct at time of going to press.

When will an item on your site be in stock?

Occasionally, some items may be temporarily out of stock or may sell out due to unprecedented demand. Where possible, these items will be quickly removed from the website. There may, however, be alternative items available. If any items have been discontinued, we will endeavour to offer an alternative, wherever possible. Can I change my shipping address details after I place my order?

Unfortunately you can not change your shipping address once you have placed you order.

Your order will be despatched within 48 hours, if you want to change the address it is suggested you contact us within 48 hours , if your item has not been despatched we will be able to change your shipping address and if an extra cost is incurred you will be charged the appropriate shipping cost for new destination.

Can I add items to an existing order?

You can not add items to you order once have placed you order online. Your order will be despatched within 48 hours, if you want to change the address it is suggested you contact us within 48 hours , if your item has not been despatched we will be able to add additional items to your order and confirm the price of your order.
