If you would like to exchange or return items you have purchased online, in addition to your statutory rights we offer a refund or exchange on any items. Please make sure you return the items with their original packaging and in good conditions. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of any underwear.

We reserve the right to send goods back to you if they are not in a good condition when we receive them. If you purchased item(s) from a Wolsey stockist or store please return your item(s) to the place you purchased them from.

We always aim to honour an exchange. If the item you require is not in stock we will contact you to give you a choice of an alternative product. If there is a difference in the price of the items you wish to exchange, we will automatically refund the difference to you using your original payment method. If the item(s) you want to exchange requires an additional charge, a member of our customer service team will contact you to take an additional payment before the item is despatched.

If you wish to return any items purchased on our site, please complete the returns form enclosed with your order, ensuring you indicate whether you would like a refund or exchange. We cannot accept responsibility for any goods lost in the post. Once the items are delivered to you they remain your responsibility. Please ensure you keep proof of postage when returning the goods and arrange the necessary compensatory cover required.


Returns are free if you live in the UK (including England, Wales, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and highlands). Items must be returned within 14 days. We have included a Freepost label on the returns form. Attach the pre-paid Wolsey address label to the outside of the parcel and take to your local post office. When you return the parcel please ensure you get a receipt as proof of postage.


If you live outside the UK you will be required to arrange for the return of goods using the assigned courier that delivered the parcel or a courier of your choice, at your own cost. We will not be able to refund this cost. In acknowledgement of this we have extended the returns policy to allow you to return your item(s) within 28 days. It is advisable to obtain a proof of posting certificate when you post your items and arrange the necessary compensatory cover required. Use the returns label provided to return the goods to:

If for any reason you return an item supplied under any promotional offer and do not wish to exchange this item, we reserve the right to withdraw the promotion and charge you the full price for the item(s) retained.


If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know immediately. If your order has been despatched you have 14 days in which to return the goods, stating the reasons why you wish to cancel in writing. Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to Wolsey Ltd, 2 New Star Road, Leicester, LE4 9JD or via email to or using our contact us form. Please be aware we cannot accept the return of underwear for hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.


If your Wolsey product is faulty, please accept our apologies. If items are found to be faulty we will seek to reimburse the postage cost for the return of the goods. If the items you return to, us are in our reasonable opinion, not deemed to be faulty, you will bear the postage cost associated with the returning the goods (please note, this does not affect your statutory rights). Please keep a receipt as proof of postage for this process as you may be required to show this to us so we can reimburse your postage cost. If you require an exchange on a faulty item, then provided we have stock available we will provide a replacement and you will not be charged for delivery of the replacement item.
