Navy Mountaineers Crew Neck
Made In Scotland
The Mountaineers Crew Neck is constructed from a re-discovered heritage long staple British wool, worn previously by exploration legends such as Sir Ernest Shackleton. Completed with a traditional Scottish wet finish this crew neck boasts a light, soft, handle that must be experienced to be understood.
Knitted for Wolsey in Scotland by a small family-owned knitwear factory which produces exclusive, small-batch lines every year, each one is subject to the highest quality-control standards. It is made using complete garment knitting technology; this seamless engineering maximises strength and comfort by eliminating join seams. Another huge bonus of this is its environmental efficiency, as it dramatically reduces wasted by-product. The unique properties of this British wool make this garment warm, lightweight and naturally breathable, perfect for mountaineering or urban exploring.
