DELIVERY
Once you have paid for your item(s), a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you registered with us. Once the order is shipped, you will get a shipping confirmation email and then a text and email from DPD to inform you of your delivery time.
Please note: If you are not at your chosen address when DPD attempts to deliver your parcel, and no alternative instructions are placed through its website or app (e.g. a named safe place), it will try a neighbour or leave your package at your nearest DPD Pickup parcelshop. If you do not receive a calling card, please consult the DPD app, your emails, or text messages for the location of your parcel.
UK DELIVERY
Free DPD next working day delivery on all orders over £40.00*
*Order before 14:30 to receive next working day delivery. Not applicable in sale periods.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
DPD delivery to the following countries costs £15 and delivery is expected within 10 working days.**
For International deliveries please be aware that shipping costs do not include the relevant country’s import tax and duties. Therefore, you may be liable to pay an additional charge once you have received your parcel. Please note, international deliveries returned to us by DPD due to nonpayment of customs fees and duty charges, we are unable to offer a refund of the shipping cost paid on the order.
For shipments to Norway we require your VAT number to process the DPD shipment. Please send an email to: CustomerService@wolsey.com
Import VAT on orders over the value of £22.00; and
Import duty and import tax on orders over the value of £150.00.
All deliveries are subject to stock availability. After dispatch DPD will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery window. Full tracking information is available, and a signature is required on delivery.

UK & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We will happily refund or exchange your goods as requested on your returns form. Items should be returned in the original packaging with the original labels with the completed returns form. You must take reasonable care to ensure that we receive the goods returned and that they are not damaged in transit.
Please be aware we cannot accept the return or exchanges of underwear for hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.
UK returns and exchanges are free (including England, Wales, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Highlands). Items will need to be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods using the Freepost returns label on the returns forms provided with your delivery.
Unfortunately, International customers are responsible for the cost of returning item(s). Items will need to be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods. We recommend you obtain a receipt for proof of postage and use a delivery method that insures you for the value of the item(s).

EXCHANGES
For exchanges customers need to create a new order for the replacement and return the exchanged item(s) at the customers cost. Please notify our customer service team on customerservice@wolsey.com that you will be exchanging your original order and they will refund the garment upon arrival.
CANCELLATION
If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know immediately. Notification of cancellation must be made via email to customerservice@wolsey.com.
If your order has been despatched you have 14 days in which to return the goods, stating the reasons why you wish to cancel in writing.
FAULTY GOODS
If your Wolsey product is faulty, please accept our apologies and we will seek to reimburse the postage cost for the return of the goods.
If the items you return to us are, in our reasonable opinion, not deemed to be faulty, you will bear the postage costs associated with returning the goods and we’ll return the product/s back to you. Please note, this does not affect your statutory rights.
We recommend you keep a receipt as proof of postage for this process as this may be required to reimburse your postage cost.
Please note faulty goods must be returned to us within 6 months of purchase.
