Advice on how to measure

 

 

Chest: Measure the chest around the fullest part, making sure the tape is close up under the arms

Total Overarm length: Stand straight and raise your arm with a 90 degree angle at your elbow. Place one end of the measuring tape on the backbone at the nape of neck and then run the tape across the shoulder, down to the elbow and finally down to the wrist bone.

Waist: Measure around the natural waistline

Inside leg : Measure from the top of the inside leg at the crotch to where the trouser would normally sit on the shoe
