UK Delivery

Free UK Delivery when you spend over £100. A £5 delivery fee will be applied to orders less than £100. For next working day delivery (Mainland UK only), your order must be received before 1pm.

All other UK orders will be delivered 2-3 workings days after placing the order.

Orders are dispatched for delivery Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Our choice of courier is DPD. Full delivery details can be found here.

International Delivery

We are pleased to offer shipping to selected international destinations. A minimum order of £150 is required and the shipping charges are covered by the customer.

You will be 100% liable for and have to pay any import duties, taxes and fees which may be levied once your delivery reaches your destination country. Customs policies and practices vary from country to country so we recommend that you seek advice from your local customs office before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns on orders within 14 days of delivery.

Unwanted items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition; and please make sure that the returns form is completed and included.

There will be a non-refundable charge for returns which the customer is liable for. All items remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received back to us and we are unable to take any responsibility for goods that are lost or damaged in the post.
