Choose a postal carrier in the portal to fulfil your return.
3. We'll Do The Rest
Once your return has been received, we'll refund the amount for the returned goods and send you a notification via email. This can take 3-5 working days from the date we receive the return.
*Please note that in order for a return to be eligible, it must be in pristine condition and raised within 21 days of receipt. Queries for returns that fall outside of our policy can be raised by clicking here

We want all of our customers to enjoy their products, so if you’re not happy with your order you can send it back to us. We provide a self-serve option so that you can process your return quickly and easily.

Please note you will be liable for the cost of returns – A) for returns from the UK, you will be charged £1.99 per return, B) for non-UK returns, you will be liable for the full cost of the return. Our online help centre will be able to assist you if you need to return an item to us.

We will refund the amount for the returned goods and send you an email notification once we have received the return. This process may take 3-5 working days from the date of receiving the return.

Expect your refund to be credited back to your account within 5 business days, and you'll receive a confirmation email once it's in transit!


If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days from the date of our confirmation email, please reach out to our Customer Service team via your account for further assistance.
