UK Returns

We accept returns on orders within 14 days of delivery.

Unwanted items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in perfect
condition; and please make sure that the returns form is completed and included.
If you do not have your returns form, please contact us at customerservice@wolsey.com prior to returning your parcel.

There will be a non-refundable charge for returns which the customer is liable for.
All items remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received back to us and we are unable to take any responsibility for goods that are lost or damaged in the post.

How to Return

Option 1 - Using a pre-printed returns label
The easiest way to return is by using the pre-printed DPD returns label that gets included in your delivery. Simply complete your returns form, package up your return securely, apply the pre-printed label to the outer parcel and take to your nearest DPD parcelshop where the outer label will be scanned. Should you use this service option, a £4.99 charge will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Option 2 - You can use a postal service of your choosing
You can use a different postal service for your return of your choosing, however as the items do remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received back to us and as we are unable to take any responsibility for goods that are lost or damaged in the post, we do request that you send your return by registered post and that you keep your proof of postage for reference. You will be responsible for all costs incurred for returns postage and these are not refundable.

Fault Issue

We pride ourselves on high quality garments, however if you have a product you believe is faulty, please email customerservice@wolsey.com with full detail of what you believe the fault is and we will be able to advise on the next steps.

International Returns

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying any and all associated costs for an international return – including but not limited to any duties, customs, tax and postal charges.
